V.5 - Science decreased from +8 to +5 and from +50% to +33%; free Great Scientists from +2 to +1

V.4 - Science decreased from +15 to +8, now the wonder gives +50% science in the city. Now more expensive to build ( cost increased from 1250 to 1450), and more important for the AI (it will build it more often).
