TP: Fix a bug
Module: Remove the background from the module when it's meant to be hidden, in case the sprite mask decides to not work.

[Gray was listed as 'A' and Lime was listed as 'H', but table/module values are 'G' and 'M']

- Previous update used an old manual as reference to update the maze, so Brick Red and Brown returned to their original colors.
- Manual has been updated to include the colors featured in the module.
- This will likely mean a manual reprint is required, only if you need the color reference for Brick Red/Brown

TP changes:
- Focus on the module until inputs are processed
- Clear the internal button queue so that inputs aren't still processed after a strike is gained
- Add colorblind command

- Colorblind setting uses the current universal KMComponent/ColorblindMode.json file
