- Redid prop stabalizers. Much more effective now and handles nicely.

- Winch tether lock was still janky... redid it again.

- Changed color again... more orange red
- Redid winch lock so it doesn't freak out when spawned
- Added stabalizing props to resolve the flipping issue.

- Changed some lighting.
- Added stabilzers to the outboards to try and reduce roll.
- Added weight blocks to bottom and removed some inside blocks to shift weight down more.
