v1.1 (hotfix)

- Now really removed the need of wood in upper town. (He didn't removed it somehow. Dunno. Now it's removed... Hopefully :D)

- Removed the "random" need of wood in the upper town.

+ Slightly increased the production rate of workers on both stations. (every 4 secs - before it was 5 secs.)
