Warebuild V3 is live!
-Fixed NPCs not being able to walk in Forest (for the most part)
-Fixed NPCs not being able to open warehouse doors
-Fixed floating trees (again)
-Fixed cubemaps
-Added 2nd cabin to Island
-Added 3 shipping containers (+ loot!) to Island
-Added details + loot to Island
-Added details + loot to Forest & Spawn
-Added details + loot to Warehouses (for extra flavour)
-Added new secret ;)
-Removed unrendered wall faces (This improves performance)
-Removed herobrine
-Removed water gargs

KNOWN ISSUES

The lighting bug in Warehouse 4 is a quirk of Garry's Mod, and not something I can fix.
NPCs can walk in Forest now, however they lose 'attention' quicker than normal. (They won't follow you for as long)

-Improved performance in Airfield and on Island
-Fixed floating trees
-Fixed cubemaps
-Fixed NPCs not being able to open warehouse doors
-Fixed Areaportals
-Fixed trees not having leaves
-Added 4th warehouse (Bunker?)
-Added Grags
-Added fog (This improves performance)

KNOWN ISSUES
-Lighting on props and door on the inside of Warehouse 4 is messy, it was NOT like this in Half Life 2, this issue only appears in GMOD. Fixes for this coming soon
-Mini-Grags aren't the same size as Mini-Gargs
-Weird Areaportal error near skybox at Warehouse 4 causing you to see one of the rooms from outside. (MIGHT BE PATCHED)
