- Added a new boss named Exile.
- This boss has a quest like every other boss in 3 difficulties
- Exile can be found in the warrens when they are at level 2,4,6.
- Once the boss is defeated he gives an exclusive trophy.
- All monster buff chances reduced by 1%.

- Added random boss buffs. (All bosses receive random buffs based on their difficulty tier.)
- Added 3 tiers of random boss buffs ranging from small to big based on monster difficulty tier.
- Rebalanced Bosses. (Bosses now have 35% 25% 15% more stats based on their difficulty tier.

Note:
Random boss buffs are specialized boss buffs and not stat buffs like the regular monsters get.
An example of a specialized buff is Reflect Damage or Armor Piercing or Bleed Amount.
Every boss has different specialized boss buffs based on what they do.
There are also 2 unique buffs health regeneration and shield damage block.

- Buff categorization reworked. Now buffs are categorized based on buff size and not game DLC.
- Monsters now get varied buffs depending on their difficulty, there are three different tiers of buffs.

- All non-high tier monsters from CC, COM and base game have the same chances at receiving buffs.
- COM monsters now have independant buffs that are 25% smaller from the base game monster buffs.
- CC monsters now have independant buffs that are 50% smaller from the base game monster buffs

- Buffs now also affect base CC and COM monsters.
- Chances for each buff to be applied to a CC monster is 1% lower than the base buffs.
- Chances for each buff to be applied to a COM monster is 2% lower than the base buffs.

- All difficulties: Recruit, Veteran and Champion now have 3 rolls per buff.
- Rescalled every single buff to make the random buffs feel more random.
- Resistance buffs have a way lesser chance to occur compared to the rest.
- Medium buffs have the highest chance to occur.
- Small buffs have a lower than medium buffs chance to occur.
- Large buffs have a lower than Small buffs chance to occur.
- Difficulty now affects buff roll chances. Higher the difficulty higher the chance of buffs.


Note:
After the whole afternoon of testing and throwing thousands of lines of commands left and right and changing values I believe I'm on the right track. Things feel alright now and sometimes the buffs surprise you in a positive way and sometimes in a negative way but most commonly it's in the "That's not too bad" zone, which is perfect.
