yeah the issue with my encounter with the slime was I had a mark and bleed dependent party at the time. I had a way to clear stun but that one character can do that or damage. Fun fight but hard

JP 54464: So the way the slime works is the faster it combines the better, the later the round the worse stuns get... Every 3 rounds it starts stunning one extra person so if it forms really late, you will have a problem because it will already stun 3 or 4 people constantly and yes, the old road now always drops a key so everyone can get all 3 keepsakes, that's by design. ^^

first time fighting the giant smile and, is it meant to buff its bleed skill chance? its blighted and stunned me with every skill.

I'm not sure if it would stop them triggering or not, but I noticed a small issue in the monster cocoon A, B and C info.darkest files where the first spawn effect is stuck onto the end of the mode line instead of new line'd.

@JP 54464: Glad you are having fun, yeah I'm making some adjustments because the early game is the hardest so I wanted something to give the characters a bit of a boost early game.

First time returning to this mod after like a 2~ month break and I get a keepsake immediately?!
I didn't know these existed and I love them already.
And amythists are new, I'm so happy I'm playing with just this and some classes now


keep in mind I'm not using the mod that adds the revised farmstead, court yard, sunward isels and the skaven mines.

Hi just a quick question, in the "Kill 1 Decrepit Herald" quest does the boss spawn randomly or in a fixed room? I've fully explored the map but couldn't find the boss anywhere.

@Jack Mihoff: Yeah, you need to pay attention to that before recruiting, certain classes can be absolutely obliterated by a quirk.

Update on my problem: I'm stupid, turns out quirks such as Enervated that disable some type of skills could completely lock out certain classes from every single skill they have. Will learn to read more in the future :steamthumbsup:.

@JP 54464: You should have gotten them. They should be in the provision screen to use unless you have a custom provision screen and there is not enough space.

I wanted to double check on something, I did some quests that gave me potions but they weren't showing up in my supply items. Would I need to get the district to use them first?

@Jack Mihoff: That's entirely possible, the mod has many changes so it's not surprising that this is the case.
@JP 54464: The Ethereal quirks cannot be removed since they evolve with time and get stronger.

I don't know whether it's this mod or not, but does this mod break certain class mods? I have a problem with some of them (e.g Hexxer and Revelation Knight not being able to use skills even though they are in their required position to do so).

I found out the quirks given from the scrolls or gems infused with souls are locked in already?
they don't appear when you enter the sanitarium. how would you get ride of them?

@JP 54464, it's a thing from 2019. It surely won't because Exaelus' Arduous Edition has got a lot of massive updates since then. Better try one from Iviv, it gets regular updates and fixes from what we can see.

@Invii: Probably a mod that is overwriting my mod files, put Arduous edition on top of the mod list in the game and do the dungeon run again and I'm certain they will spawn.

For some reason Lifeless Sovereign and Decrepit Herald are not spawning in their Dungeon. I always end up clearing the whole dungeon without finding them. Could it be Vermintide Mod incompatibility?
