Tiger now has less priority to play with limbs than other actions such as eating a corpse.

Nerfed size, max hp and blood pool. Tiger will have less HP than Bonewolf but more damage.

Increased Tiger's min/max run speed as it was very low compared to a real tiger.

Still testing. A real tiger should run around 50MPH.
