Redesigned the Preference Menu to use sliders instead of buttons.

Added an option to specify the maximum size the log is allowed to grow in auto mode.

You can now set the default starting values for log size, max size and empty log on next turn in the Defaults.sql file in the mod directory.

Added option in world tracker drop down selector to enable log persist mode.

(Note: This is defaulted to off on game load. Change the default value to true for m_persistGossipLog and m_persistCombatLog respectively in WorldTracker.lua if to make this the default mode.)

In this mode the log is not cleared between turns, it will store up to the last 50 entries. The turn number that the entries occured on is also marked.

(Note: The 50 entry limit can be modified by manually changed the value of m_maxLogEntries in WorldTracker.lua. Game stability not guaranteed if increased!)
