Patch 2: Boundaries fixes

Hole 5: Added boundaries on the bottom half due to players bouncing out onto the holes below
Hole 9: Added boundaries on the sides of the C-ramp
Hole 16: Added boundaries to prevent falling onto the previous hole

Patch 1: Boundaries fixes and a minor hole change

Hole 4: Added boundaries between the top of the ramps and the next platforms because a few players fell through here (thank you to drewzleet for pointing this out)
Hole 11: Removed a boundary above the hole that prevented a trickshot off the gravestone
Hole 18: Added a wall on the final jump to the top of the mast to slightly reduce difficulty
