Patch 4: Hole 18 rework

The intial jump was removed; the player now starts on what was the second platform
The C-ramps were scaled down from 10 to 7 to make the 2nd and 3rd jumps much more reliable
Boundaries were added and adjusted accordingly

Patch 3: Boundaries fixes

Hole 2: Added boundaries on either sides so that players could not bounce onto holes 3 or 7; also removed a boundary by the left ramp that reset players when it should not have (thanks to Purple Nurple for pointing this out)
