Finally added some sound and animations

I did some rebalancing and this update is mainly to see what I can and can't (and perhaps shouldn't) do.
I wanted to let the reanimated skeletons be a bigger factor during fights, since until now you could just kill an enemy and the corpse would have to wait for the end of the next round to reanimate, which felt too long and made the reanimation almost irrelevant.
I changed some things, and it's a definitly harder now, so I'll wait for your feedback on the difficulty.

So what did I do?
1. Corpses have a lot of speed now. This means they will almost always reanimate at the start of the next round. The resulting skeleton will therefore get their turn almost immediatly after reanimating, but will have regular speed afterwards.
2. Reanimated Skeletons now leave corpses, unless they are killed by a crit (or Blight of course)

The first change is supposed to get players to "plan" their takedowns. E.g. if you're gonna kill a skeleton with your Crusader, you might want your Man at Arms to still have his turn to kill the corpse.
The second change is supposed to make the rather weak Reanimated Skeletons a bit stronger, while still keep them weaker than their friends and give some extra relevance to crits.

These changes might be a bit much, but I really enjoyed the added difficulty and they made the fights much more dynamic and tactical than before this update. I'd like to encourage you all to do some testing of your own and tell me where I screwed up ;)

Cleaned up some files, skin mods can now be placed in whatever order you want.

Bone Captain added. The Bone Captain reanimates into a Bone Defender, the Bone Defender will reanimate into the Reanimated Skeleton.
