2018 Spooktober update!

- Fixed unconsidered boundary case of in-squad trade ships trading with player-owned stations. (Credits to raz334!)
- Fixed bug that caused energy station Managers to send in the wrong amount of credits.
- Enhanced support for Linux-styled OS
