* A single cannon can now fire multiple ion blasts and they're all tracked.

* The multiple ion blasts are automatically cleaned up. Even if they hit nothing, they're destroyed after 10 seconds, hitting something, or hitting their max travel distance (1km for small grid, 2.5km for large grid), whichever comes first.

* Each shot now matches up with what you actually see in-game, as the shots take into account the velocity of the grid at the moment the shot was made.

* The ion blasts no longer start 50 meters in front of the cannon, meaning you can actually hit stuff closer to you than 50m

* It is now impossible for an ion cannon to shoot its own grid.

* Disabled blocks really are forced to be disabled for 1 minute now and not just 5 seconds.

Blocks that are disabled are now forced to stay disabled for a minute after they've been disabled.

Blocks that are already disabled and targeted again for disabling refresh their timer rather and thus take longer to be reenabled.

Blocks that are disabled still require being turned back on manually, and I won't be setting them to automatically reenable.

Small ion cannon block aligns with the grid better, and placement is better, but still not perfect.

Partially fixed model alignment on the model, at least it rotates properly now... Going to bed, work more tommorrow.
