Removed class requirements on weapons and armor.

EDIT: Okay, so by doing that, it (for whatever reason) caused the pants and helmet to revert back to their source requirements (pants require class of embermage and helm requires outlander). So they may be getting they class requirements back...maybe...

Tweaked skill descriptions.
