•Minor bug fix to enable mid campaign usage

•Swapped over to the War of the Choosen weapon PBR shader, no more psuedo PBR
•Rebalanced the construction fees to be in line with vanilla, and the weapon stats to be a bit more balanced

•Sound and projectiles work now, and I fixed some background code

•Should allow use of the Mattock in the middle of a campaign now. Also should fix the issue with the rifle playing the vanilla SFX.

•Fixed the issue with magnetic and conventional being availible for free from the start.
•Firing animations were changed somewhat
•Changed how the firing SFX played. Should be somewhat delayed now, at least when compared to the M8 Avenger.
