Added a minimap for future missions (minimaps don't work in the edtior so no one will see this for now, but it's there)

Corrected some sections of broken trenches on the German Side

Various minor fixes

Cleaned up edges of the map
Replaced some buggy shell craters
Cleaned up textures in the village
Smoothed rough terrain in no-man's land
