Updated for the Natural Wonder Selector
Now no longer strictly requires Rise and Fall. You will still need either it or the Gathering Storm Expansion however.

The Grand Canyon no longer requires Rise and Fall. In a Standard game, the Grand Canyon will provide tourism after researching Natural History instead of after reaching the Industrial Era.
