Bugfix: Made hole 15 reset position at the beginning of hole 15, just in case someone had managed to hit the anti-cheat on hole 18 ahead of it in some freak accident...

Pimped the anti-cheat on hole 18 into more of an easter egg...

Does anyone actually read changelog? If so, trigger this thing by shooting backwards on hole 18 (towards hole 15).

* Added some sand around hole 12 to make it easier to understand where you cannot go.
* Removed (grass) terrain.
* Another tweak of reset area (anti-cheat) on hole 18. Stupid thing is misbehaving.

* Added the new native explosion FX (in addition to the old one). Bigger boom! :)
* Somehow the reset area that prevents you to shoot directly from 18 to 15 might not have been working? Tried adding an extra one.

Fixed 3 small spots on B where you could get stuck if very unlucky with the bomb explosion. Thanks to a french guy who managed to get stuck.

* Added flat surface on the stairs in tunnels.

* A few walls have been optimized slightly (fewer blocks)

* Since sound objects now seem to work, I have change the "bomb sound" from a custom music track to an actual sound effect. Music volume no longer needed to hear it!

Minor tweaks to the anti-cheat on Hole 18:

* Event trigger no longer visible
* Triggering it now also lowers flag #15
* Ball reset delay no longer instant (1s)
