* Replaced a barrel at B with one that has a more accurate collision box.
* Replaced the jump at hole 9 (mid) with a ramp-type jump to make it more predictable.
* Added several arrows at hole 9 to make it more obvious where to go.

After watching people mess up:

* Added a small arrow on hole 3 to help people figure out that you need to go through Window.
* Adjusted hole 15 (into pit) to make it visually clearer where you need to jump to.
* Reduced area of hole 17 coming up from pit to avoid people on hole 15 thinking they need to go there.

A couple of very minor tweaks.
Fixed anti-cheat on Hole 18 so results aren't per-player.

* Added an anti-cheat measure on hole 18 (#blamesweden)
* Fixed floating barrels/crates at B
* Removed annoying ledge in Pit
* Fixed play area on hole 13

Added custom music on bomb plant, and a shockwave. Be first or get knocked back!

Fixed 2 small problem areas. Added rotator on hole 13.
