Made the sign telling you to hit a launch pad a lot clearer for people unfamiliar with Quake III.

Fixed critical problem!

Play area had been removed on a hole making it unplayable! :o

* Added an optional exit on hole 7
* Minor tweaks
* Fixed sign typo
* Fixed a jump pad that was not animating

Major fixes.

* Hole 3 (first jump pad) has been removed and replaced with another hole (I somehow had 19 the first time).
* "Elevator" made a lot easier.
* Launch-pad through "armor" has had 2-3x size increase of target.
* Minor other tweaks.
