Fixed the Tsunami capsule!

Updated (Oil Rig Base) Operation Storm.

[UPDATE]
Just a small update infact its very small.
I just added 2 things nothing to get very excited about.
[]Added a status light that tells whether or not the Tsunami Capsule is active. (Status Light located in the bridge)
[]Added 2 FireFighting outfits with a glass case. (Located on the wall next to the storm doors)

[UPDATE!]
Just a new wacky feature to the base:
It is a Tsunami "Safe" box, or as I like to call it the "Tsunami "Strong" Box".
This feature is located inside a orange support pillar on the opposite side of the Helipad.
(Grey Door)

This wacky feature will lift you (inside the box) into the sky using compact sliders.
But remember to grab diving gear first!
Also there is a Detach feature that upon activating, will grant your death wish by falling to the bottom of the ocean if you choose.
