-Fixed an issue preventing the weapon effect bonus from Opportunist from factoring in.
-Migrated the following effect over from the 'House Rules' add-on: Enemies will regenerate to 1% Physical or Magic Armour a few seconds after being damaged down to 0, so non-damaging skills and weapon effects will always give enemy targets a chance to resist. (This effect can also be disabled at the options Hookah in-game.)

-Stat bonuses from Constitution and Wits reintroduced as part of the saving throw formula. Physical saves are boosted by half of a target's Constitution value, and Magic saves are boosted by half of a target's Wits value. This feature is on by default, but can be turned off at the Hookah of Strife. (These were removed because innate saves were no longer possible after the rescripting of this mod. They're being reintroduced in anticipation of a 'House Rules' hardcore difficulty add-on that will make better use of them.)
-The optional tactician changes that can be configured at the Hookah of Strife are now available on all difficulty levels.
-Bosses now have an innate advantage score of 1 on all difficulty levels, not just Tactician. This feature is on by default but can still be turned off at the Hookah of Strife.
-Demon and Duck Duck Goose talent bonuses have been reintroduced after being temporarily taken away as part of a bugfixing effort.
-Units should no longer make saves against surface-applied statuses when they already have the status in question. (I.e. saving against additional poison while on walking through a poison surface while already poisoned.)
-Hard disables that change character behavior (Chicken Form, Terrified, Charmed, Madness) have had their standard turn lengths increased to 2.
