Version 1.03
The spell's hit sound now plays on the impactset itself and not the spell, solves the annoying loop sound bug. Which only happened on doors for some reason, oh, and people... Also only one sound plays on effect hit now.

The Spell Tome actually works now, and has been moved into a chest. Apparently I don't know how to place items in the cell window properly or something, not really sure.
