- Hungary starts with truck researched
- Additional restrictions on Heavy Infantry with the designer
- Naval modules use properly 3 decimals in stats
- Fixed an oversight making some air missions twice as strong as they were supposed (more spectacular one being Port Strikes)
- Max lvl of airfields in Iceland/Greenland further reduced
- Secondaries/Tiertiaries batteries are consistently not required to build ships
- Every relevant countries gets an additional research slot from the start to compensate for the Infantry Designer
- Re-established a token effect for air superiority (so doctrines/advisors are not irrelevant anymore)
