Sorry for the update so soon after the last, but I increased the number of cannibals that spawn in the overrun farmsteads.

-Version 3-

Hooray, Version 3 is here, and with it, some refinements to a whole heck of a lot.

-Tweaked the distances at which several debris buildings spawned.
-Added Cotton Farms and Cotton Storage to the large farmsteads in Okran's Pride.
-Separated the population of the Farmsteads into three squads: Holy Settlers, Holy Settlers -no leader, and Holy Farmstead Guards.
-Changed the populations of the Farmsteads.
-Added world state conditions to Farmsteads. Farmsteads in Okran's Gulf spawn based on whether Seta is alive. Farmsteads in Okran's Valley spawn based on if Valtena is alive. Farmsteads in Skinner's Roam spawn based on both Seta and Valtena being alive. Farmsteads in Okran's Pride spawn based on if the Holy Phoenix is alive.
-Farmsteads can now be 'overrun' with bandits. If Seta, Valtena, or The Holy Phoenix die, you might find those quaint little Farmsteads populated with Dust Bandits or Hungry Bandits.
-Dust Bandit Farmsteads will not spawn if the Dust King is dead.
-Even Flotsam gets in on the fun, operating Farmsteads in Okran's Valley if Valtena is dead.
-If Moll and Valtena are dead, one might find the denizens of Okran's Valley are a little bit.... bitey. Cannibals will now overrun Farmsteads in the region!

Update ver2 9/22/2018
-Added a whole bunch of extra junk that can spawn as part of a camp: tables, sitting pillows, stools, more tents, and storage.
-Added random loot strewn around the camp. That's how you get ants.
-Added some animals to the settlers, goats and dogs.
-Added a merchant to each camp. He sells farm stuff. Even farm stuff he doesn't grow--I'll give him a custom list later!
-Tweaked the numbers of NPCs spawned, just a tad.
