Hotfix for missing assets in the previous release

Technical:
-Added error checking line to SQL code

Units:
-Reworked Horseman and Armored Horseman for all cultures
-Brazil, America, Australia, Canada set to look like their pre-colonial ancestors
-Rome has unique look of Horseman and Armored Horseman
-Japan has Zero model for Fighter unit. Dive animation for attack ground will be reworked in next release.
-Minor fixes to Axe Thrower

Bugs:
-Tested most units and everything seems to work fine.
-Some North American and South American head assets disappeared when building the mod for non-GS users, but the resulting issues are slightly noticeable. We will look for a fix with next release.

Hotfix for previous version. New units work without GS expansion.
Armored Assault Addon remains to be fixed. Only icons missing. Units are functional.

-Scaling fix for Field Howitzer

-Complete rework of Leopard 2 - Different Tints for Germany, European and Mediterranean. Carthage has vanilla tank.
Abrahms model added for Japan, Korea.
All modern armor rescaled to fit.

-Complete rework of Axe Thrower unit across civs and cultures.
Renamed Axe Thrower to Javelineer.
Renamed Javelineer to Psiloi.
Changed Isijuls Warrior to upgrade to Javelineer.

-Many new assets in WE Modbudyy project.

-Renamed Deliverators Ship of the Line to First Rate, changed it to replace Ship of the Line, be a Naval Bombard unit and moved it to Astronomy.

Changed Line Infantry and Mech Infantry to use less models for low spec users.
Updated korean text files.
Added German text by Sincius.
Added S&T:UU compatability.
Added GS UU compatability.
Droped mod load order to 1 or 2 so it will load before S&T:UU.
Removed fighter scaling from units.artdef so it is normal size now.

Worked on resources for GS some more thanks to KrumStrashni.
Added Korean Text thanks to nut9931.
Removed the now redundant custom cultural groups and replaced them with the new civ specific tags in artdefs.
Renamed cultural variation tags to be the current ones that Firaxis changed in artdefs.
Added support for the new cultural variation tags in artdefs.
