~~Another Optimization Update!~~

This update is the second update for Mount Silver. It is the second update of a three optimization update series between Sootopolis, this map, and then Apple Woods being next. Here are the change notes!

-The outsides of the map have been nodrawed, making the map easier to noclip around and also increasing map performance.
-The file of the map has been compressed, to almost half the original size, making the map easier to download.
-The location of the teleportation Larvitar has been changed to a more balanced location, bringing you to the second cave room instead of the Pokemon Center. I felt this change was necessary to balance out things between Red and Blue, as Red could get much further by using their Spawn Teleport than Blue could.
-Nobuilds have been updated to make it easier to get through the cave.
