Global Map Testing Update #2!

Here's what has been changed:

- Bonus start button fix (Thanks GameChaos)
- Blue ice blocks are now bhop-only
- Player clip fixes
- Map file name changed for final release

Global Map Testing Update!

Thank you to the Global Map Testing team for their feedback on this map.
Here's what has been changed:

- NEW Bonus (Made by Ocelot)
- Removed some unnecessary filler props
- Fixed unintended skips
- Improved lighting in some areas
- Changed difficulty of some jumps for better mapflow and consistency
- Other minor changes
