updated for Shadow & Blade dlc

- added new port building chains
- decreased the number of tries, before climate suitability is reduced to poor/very poor by 20%
- less likely that characters wont get teleported to their new settlement
- now grants your previous primary settlement to the faction you stole your new settlement from, if they have no other settlements left

- added new settlement building chains for nakai and empire forts

- agents are now embedded into a factions main army instead of being wounded for 1 turn

updated for Prophet & Warlock dlc!

Script:
- cm:heal_garrison(cm:get_region(region_Name):cqi());

- effect bundle granted at the start now active for 10 turns (isntead of 5)
- effect bundle now grants 18 growth (from 20) and 3 public order (from 0)

- fog of war should now be fully cleared over all of the player's regions after randomizer is finished
- if a faction is at war with chaos, it will not declare peace with them

- added missing port chains for bordeleaux

- fixed randomization (more / better randomization)
- now moves lords of faction initial settlement gets "stolen" from to one of their settlements (could run into problems if said faction has no settlements left)
