Commented out the data for the observation turret, part not removed just disabled.
Increassed speed of projectails for up to 1500 m/s modded speeds Larger guns only fire around 1000 m/s.
All Ammo have 100% tracer effect aka Glowing bullets! !
Father ballancing aganst Darkstars Defence Sheild.
ALL VEHICAL TURRETS ARE 360 ROTATION!
