-change the cannon boosters parameters for better flexibility
-change the power/shot for rapid accelerator from 1000 to 750

-simplify the cannon converter I. This module will make the cannon do half damage and double the splash based on the based splash radius of the cannon. The it will no longer add a flat splash radius to the cannon anymore. To make up for the radius loss, I adjusted all the splash radius for the cannons.

-add three more cannon boosters. One is to convert range to the splash radius, one is to convert splash radius back to the damage, and the other one is to extend the range of the weapon while half its damage and splash radius. To combine those boosters should make a lot of interesting combinations.

-now the scorched version of laser has the range of 2500 and power cost of 160/sec instead of 1600 and 200/sec. I think to use this module as an alternative choice with lower damage and higher efficiency is a more logical idea.

-AOE laser damage from 8 to 10
-scorched lighthouse laser range from 1350 to 1600, damage/sec from 60 to 65

-reduce the damage per shot for the AOE laser from 30 to 8, because AOE is too OP.
-add a variation of "lighthouse laser", a "scorched" version. Basically, less damage and range, but have an AOE affect

-removing the command property of ancient rail gun
-main laser gun AOE back to 100
-particle accelerator base AOE from 10 to 50, the velocity from 200 to 250
-spread arrow base AOE from 50 to 25

I can't remember why I put 5000 health into healer drone. So now it's 200.

-healing drone will have recharge time of 10 s instead of 4 s.
-immobilize drone will have recharge time of 10 s instead of 5 s.

-making small cannon base AOE bigger to 10 from 1, making the damage higher to 70 from 50
-making rapid accelerator base AOE larger to 5 from 1

-making some change to region (add a super station spawn possibility)
-making main laser gun AOE little bit bigger, from 100 to 125
-making AOE laser damage lower, from 50 to 30
-making spread arrow damage lower, from 100 to 90, making its range lower, from 4000 to 2500, and the spread higher from around 15 degree to around 30 degree, so it will serve the purpose of shotgun instead being too effective at long range.
-changing quarantine drone lifetime lower, from 30 to 20 sec, and its launch delay higher, from 1 to 1.5 sec. Then half its health value, the shield value is same, but the shield recharge speed is decreased from 2000 to 1000.
