Patch 3.8.0 has been released!
The mod is now updated for 1.36

Content:
- Added a mission tree to Heavenly Realm
- Added a mission tree to Lunar Purifiers
- Tenshi is now a disaster to the Heavenly Realm
- Hong now starts with a unique government reform allowing them to unify China
- Added a tag representing for Ran Yakumo for the outworld country (start as Mayohiga to get it)
- Added a tag representing for Keine Kamishirasawa for the outworld country (start as Human Capital to get it)
- Added a naval doctrine for the Kappa, for Murasa and for the Heavenly Realm respectively
- Added a new government mechanic for Koishi
- Added a new unique building for the Hakurei Claimers

Balance:
- All mission rewards which grant stability now also grant admin when you already reached your max stab
- Adjusted a few Lunar Capital mission rewards to smooth up the experience
- Adjusted the dev for Shion when she spawnsthe outworld. She will be slightly less pathetically poor
- Rebalanced the ideas of Orin, Shion and Youmu

UI:
- Improved the UI of a Fujiwara mission so they make it clearer to the player that they can get Human Capital as a vassal peacefully

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where some of Scarlet Realm's missions demanded you to have militarization active
- Fixed some typos
- Fixed an issue which allowed some monuments / triggered modifiers to be used by the Scientistic nations
- Fixed an issue which prevented the Colonialism from being discovered when you have any of the colonist ideas
- Fixed (hopefully) a bug which caused Koishi to convert the world to Swedish

Content:
- Added the new Occultism religion for the Touhou religion group
- The Hifuu Club starts with this religion and has the majority of its provinces converted to it
- Uses the Rune mechanic (needs Origins) which are Church Aspects with a "Cast Spell" button which unleashes the effects of your rules
- Added a Deus Vult-like cb for Touhou Buddhism when you unlock all of your humanist ideas
- Added the School of Thoughts mechanic to Buddhism, replacing the old RNG medidation event
- The School of Thoughts are special Schools your country can assume. Every school has at least 1 additional, mechanical bonus and at least 1 mechanical penalty
- Byakuren School of Thought: Focuses on harmonizing, can invite unharmonized religions into your land so you can harmonize with them, has no access to the religious cb
- Myouren School of Thought: Focuses on a tall gameplay, can establish tributaries and gain a strong development decision, is penalized for declaring wars or having overextension
- Soutou School of Thought: Focuses on converting provinces, lost harmony is refunded when converting provinces, harmonization speed is reduced by -200%
- Rinzai School of Thought: Focuses on military quality, gains harmony from land battles and can gain extra manpower, can no longer manually reduce war exhaustion and extra penalties for being below 50 harmony
- Obaku School of Thought: Focuses on blobbing, fabricate perma claims instead of normal ones against unharmonized countries, can not ally non-Buddhists or countries which religion you have not harmonized with
- Added a decision which allows you to choose your School of Thought or replace it after 50 years
- Myouren Temple starts with the Byakuren School of Thought
- Added Feng Shui mechanic to Taoism
- Feng Shui is a set of numbered province modifier which target Taoist provinces in your state. They come in either good or bad Feng Shui
- Feng Shui lasts 12 years. Afterwards, the distribution of Feng Shui will be rerolled and all previous Feng Shui provinces lose their modifier
- Good Feng Shui decreases dev cost and adds other beneficial province modifiers while Bad Feng Shui does the opposite
- Reworked the Mechanics for the Oni. The Battle Passion of the Oni has now an equilibrium and is more manageable.
- Reworked the Government Ability for Cirnia. Art update will follow in a later patch
- Added a Government Ability for Eternity Garden. Art update will follow in a later patch
- Added a Government Ability for Clownpiecia. Art update will follow in a later patch
- Added a Government Ability for Flandrish Realm. This ability replaces the militarization Flandrish Realm had
- Added two government Abiliteis for Scarlet Realm. These abilities will replace the militarization and the Bloodlust mechanic
- Added a government Ability for Hakurei / Myouren Clan. Art update will follow in a later patch
- Replaced the old government Ability for Sunflower Fields
- Replaced the old government Ability for the Wolf Tengu. Art update will follow in a later patch
- Added 1 more mission to Cirnia
- Added 1 more mission to Clownpiecia
- Added 3 more missions to Eternity Garden
- Added generic government reforms for the different religions in Tier 4. Every Touhou religion has at least one such government reform which is adequate for their religion
- Added a new book mark which for the 12.11.1444 which has all the Touhou outworld nations placed in the world

Balance:
- Wuxing modifiers now last for 12 years instead of 15
- Myouren Temple now starts as a Theocracy instead of a monarchy
- Rebalanced Hifuu Club's ideas. They now have +10% Morale Damage instead of +0.2 Military Tactics, +1 Num of Available Parliament Issues instead of -33% Same Culture advisor cost and +50% Church Power Modifier instead of +200 Danmaku Power
- Lecturing a country will force the ruler to stay a Capitalist or a Diplomat
- The Sunflower Field mission "The Sword of Nature" now gives a permanent reward which gives +10% Fire Damage, -5% Fire Damage Received and +10% Infantry Power to your Streltsy units
- The Sangetsusei mission "Nuke the Red Shrine Maiden" gives now a significant buff to your pranks
- The Tengu Realm mission "The Tengu Army" now only requires 2 Cossacks units instead of 6
- The Fairy elections now grant a unique buff to the elected ruler
- The modifier effects from Harmony have been severely nerfed. It now gives +1 TotF, -10% Dev Cost, +1 Meritocracy, +0.5 Legitimacy and +1 Devotion. Below 50 Harmony, these effects are doubled and negative
- The Curse of the Donation Box now also gives -0.1 Yearly Deovotion

Debug:
- All the decisions which form an outworld country have now a 100 Acceptance of the AI. This allows you to create outworld countries in spectator mode

Misc:
- Combined all the Wuxing decisions into a single event which allows you to just jump to the desired cycle (the cycle before the one you currently have is not available)
- Renamed "Touhou Christian" to "Scientistic" and changed its flavor text to reflect this name change
- Moved Qing'e decisions into a Government Ability
- Mizuhashi has now the option to start as a Zoroastrian country
- All government mechanic related decisions have now a purple-ish background
- All decisions which explain you government mechanics have now a white background
- All decisions which release an outworld country have now an orange background
- All difficulty / setup decisions have now a black background
- The decision to form Gensokyo now no longer clutters the screen when you hover its effects
- Propagate Trade will no longer shown when you have access to the Send Shrine Maiden Trading Policy
- Improved the tooltipping for some diplomatic actions

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bunch of awkward wording, grammar and spelling mistakes. Still a long way to go...
- Colonialism can actually spawn for nations which have a exploration idea again
- Touhou Estate Privileges now benefit from Court Ideas
- Fixed a bunch of bugs related to subjects which caused the error log to cry
- Fixed a number issue where some modifiers were giving a ludicrous amount of Danmaku Power

Misc:
- Yukari's Shogunate has now 3 unique button which are now usable for the Mayohigan daimyos
- Reworked the Naval Professionalism from a variable based system to an actual government mechanic with a bar

Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue some provinces on the Moon were Senkaian and had Hakurei Shinto as their religion
- Restored the evet needed for Tengu Realm to go through their mission tree. However, it will no longer change your state religion
- Fixed an issue where Marine estate privileges were available for everyone
- Reformist (and other ruler personalities which have been added with 1.35) are now properly cleansed when re-educating a ruler

Balance Changes:
- The advisor Hatate now gives +2 Dip Rep and -5% Annexation Cost instead of +3 Dip Rep
- The advisor Megumu now gives -10% CCR instead of -20%
- The Kappa disasters does no longer apply to the AI
- The Tengu disaster does no longer apply to the AI. Tengu Realm will pick a path at random in 1500
- Tenma Demands are now satified via decisions instead the moment you pick up the agenda
- The Tengu Republic no longer has access to Megumu as an advisor. Their elected rulers have now 2 modifiers instead of 1 (Crow Tengu ruler now gives -10% AE Impact, Wolf Tengu ruler gives +20% Fort Defense and Great Tengu ruler gives +1 Dip Rep)
- The government reform "Sophisticated Tengu Caste System" has now -25% Unjustified Demands
- Adjusted the trade setup so Gensokyo benefits more from colonizing America. Also added a connection from the Ivory Coast to Moriya (please do not look at the Pacific, the trade node connections are attrocious)
- The Kappa event "The Kappa Marine Corps" now unlocks the ability to exchange manpower for sailors and vice versa
- Murasa has now the ability to exchange manpower for sailors and vice versa
- All Outworld releasable countries spawn now with a few accepted cultures in order to make the start a bit easier.
- The event for the Kappa Civil War will no longer spawn a faction for you which was already in power. Nitori can only return to power when all three factions were at power once.
- All Outworld releasable countries now have an event which allows them to change their religion to one which is more favorable for their starting position
- Following nations are now historical friends:
- Flandrish Realm and Hong
- Himejoon and Harjion
- Makai and World of Snow and Ice
- Netherworld and Konpaku Clan
- Senkai and Qinge

Bugfixes:
- You no longer can get Tenma's Demands once you got rid of the Tenma estate privilege
- Institutions can no longer spawn when the previous institution has not spawned yet
- Fixed a bug where the independent marine rebels were counted as explosion enjoyers
- Fixed a bug where Forest of Magic would have to conquer Tengu Village in order to be able to hire Mima as an advisor
- Koishi returning to Chireiden no longer breaks personal unions.
- Fixed a bug which prevented Clownpiecia to overload their provinces.

Other:
- Players who do not own Leviathan can now benefit from certain provinces which usually would have a monument.
- Activating a gadget no longer hides the decision away.
- Fixed some issues related to the Royal Fairy Challenge which decreased performance significantly.
- Disabled the "First Rule of the Oni" achievement until 1.35 is released due to heavy performance losses from the decision.
- Releasing and playing World of Snow and Ice will now remove all Makaien claims on Siberia
- Removed an event which was about the religious direction of the Tengu Realm as I was notified that the Tengu are irreligious bastards and do not care what religion they follow.
- Konpaku Clan is eternally disloyal, making it impossible to force Youmu to commit sudoku

Patch 3.6.2 has been released!

Balance Changes:
- The provinces of Tengu Realm are now all Moriya Shinto
- The Gensokyan Celestial Empire now gives access to the Unify China cb and gives 500 Governing Capacity instead of 300
- Tengu Puppet States are again part of the Absolute Tengu Monarchy. The mission which requires you to have 4 Tengu Puppet States has now a fallback requirement

Bugfixes:
- It is no longer possible to switch out of being a Republic if you the Kappa or Tengu Repblics active
- Fixed a bug where Realm of Darkness' first idea didn't do anything

Other:
- Due to popular demand (and laziness to restart the campaign), a decision has been added which allows you to manually update the Impure/Pure land status of your provinces as Lunarian Realm.
