Added vanilla dialogue set (almost never speaks) to Oni. This makes it possible to employ it in the recruitable prisoners mod.

Weakened the special effect of Kanasaibou (No spikes) which was too strong for Robo.

Kanasaibou (No spikes), because the balance between weight and attack speed was strange, I adjusted it.
The additional effect seems to be too strong, but we are lowering the basic attack power.
