Bug Fixes
- fixed an error causing the flamethrower to keep firing in-place even after the owner died
- fixed an error where being shot by a flaming arrow was causing the recipient's ears to ring
- fixed an error where the Trick Unlocked sound was not properly triggering upon receiving all necessary treats

Gameplay Tweaks, Quality of Life, Improvements, Misc.
- added option for server owners to force throwable weapon cooldowns on spawn to prevent immediate grenade throwing
- added audio and visual indicator for when the player's candy corn has recharged
- increased ease of catching up to fleeing targets when armed with melee
- character models and gib models are now precached to avoid server stalling when spawning models for the first time in the session

Art Effects and Assets
- players covered in gorejar blood now drip blood droplets for the duration of the status effect
- updated the pump-shotgun to use a more oldschool/antique model
- added new client-side old-timey movie effect filter for those who want an authentic old monster movie aesthetic
- improved death animation lag compensation

Treats
- added a treat for killing an opponent within 10 seconds of respawning

* Fixed skeletons not damaging players
* Fixed some Lua errors from the Knockout.chat playtest session, hopefully it deals with the overflow issue?
* Fixed armor reducing all damage instead of just bullets

Gameplay Tweaks, Quality of Life, Improvements, Misc.
- default buy time has been correctly set to 15 seconds
- updated the description for the Broom and Invisibility Trick to no longer state they use stamina

Art Effects and Assets
- skeleton npc's break into bone particles upon death

Medals
- re-added medal (treat) for assisted suicide

Music
- fixed issue causing the music player to be unable to loop or shuffle songs
- songs playing on the music player will pause on round-end, and resume upon the next round

- fixed an issue which caused the flamethrower hitbox to block bullets
- spawned skeletons properly acknowledge their team, not just owner
- fixed an issue which caused the concussive stars effect to stack, dropping framerates excessively
- fixed an issue which prevented client-side screen blood splatters from being disabled
- fixed coop wacky rounds printing "table" on the tombstone on the HUD

Fixed a bug regarding Deanimator screen shake that was breaking the weapon base. Somehow this was missed during testing?

- Vampire's character model now has a high collar
- Fixed wacky rounds ending prematurely due to a round timer specification issue
- Fixed an issue where Guts could spawn in with 0 health during his wacky round
- Prevented spectators from being given weapons during the Random Loadouts wacky round
- Stopped the flare entity from rendering its pumpkin grenade hitbox while airborne
- Fixed an issue where healing with candy corn would not heal players who were eating it during the time their loadout was swapped in the Random Loadouts wacky round
- Fixed an issue where the Sawblade Launcher was not dismembering opponents when it should have
- Sound effects that happen during a period of slow motion now play slowly to match the speed of the server
