Weapons
- Pumpkin grenade now creates an orange smoke effect upon detonation which fades away
- increased the diameter of the magic wand's secondary blast attack from 196 to 256

Graphical Conveyance
- the bat storm buff now displays a swarm of bats overlay with an audio indicator to stunned players (the haunted urn screamer was a placeholder)

Code Fix
- added a failsafe to ensure that the gamemode does not get hung up on "Round Over" without ever ending the round

Wacky Rounds
- added the armor attribute to Cloud Strife so he takes 50% less bullet damage and becomes dismember-proof

- added melee dashing with all melee weapons via secondary attack (uses stamina bar)

Weapon-related things
* Fixed mace's price to $30 (from $35)
* Fixed mace's damage to 60 (from 65)
* Fixed mace insta-gibbing people due to inappropriately dealing 2x damage from behind
* Mace now does guaranteed bleed + concuss when attacking from behind (like it should have)

* Nerfed Battle Rifle's damage from 21 per bullet to 17
* Nerfed Battle Rifle's firerate from 0.75 to 0.8
* Nerfed Battle Rifle's spread from like, 0.7 to 0.725 or something

* Owner of the webgrenade can no longer be caught by their own floor web

Art-related things
* Shortened the length of the Battle Rifle in both view and world models to not seem so long

* Updated Vampire's face texture
* Updated Vampire's mouth to now have fangs protruding from his lips
* Updated Vampire's neck to no longer look like it's ripping to expose the gib texture beneath

* Increased volume on the track 'Danse Macabre'

Gameplay changes
+ Added a kill feed message for the Jitterskull
+ Scoreboard now displays if someone is dead/spectating
+ Clicking the icons on your current loadout removes the weapon
* Fixed skeleton severed head to have $surfaceprop plaster instead of flesh
* Hopefully fixed Nosferatu's top and bottom bifurcation models
* Fixed a bunch of lua errors
* Made haunted urn not affect players behind walls
* Fixed Stake 1 hit killing the boss
* Fixed dismembering on the boss stage
* F1 Menu only says "Spawn" on first join now
* Admins can now change all the commands in the admin panel tab
