fix neutral team radio at base - epic fail. For a base defense!

Wave AI behaviour edited to mass outwards in swarms.

Fob radius reduced.

Bugs health improved.

Ripper dogs attack speed reduced, damage increased (creates a more noticable damaging) - new sounds in next update.

Heavy Gunner weapon improved - better sounds, slower fire, higher damage, 300 rounds. No zoom, high recoil - bipod added.

Some issues with medic role selection edited.

Wave cooldown time reduced (waves occur faster - shortens game a little - get to harder waves faster)

Trying 2 extra mobs on first wave (increases cpu demand on server, testing higher enemy counts)

Weapon and team update

Currently WIP.

New Weapon M1009 Pulse Rifle - default for all classes.

Leader places Dshk instead of original turret.

Gunner WIP heavy rifle 300 rounds, kick and tripod coming soon.
