- 5x explosives damage increased to 10x damage against bugs

Hot Fix

- Proximity Spawners ignore non-controlled pawns (empty vehicles, i.e. ignore mainbase)
- Spawner Rule Added: Distance, SQTeamSpawnPoint, 15000 (3000 larger than proximity) spawners can no longer appear in the main base
- Remove AlBasrah protection zone
- Fix a bug where 'toggle ui' in admin camera still placed assets down in backend when leftmousebutton was pressed (Stop tracing after toggle UI)
- Add button to destroy drag box selected enemies (sometimes DEL doesn't respond)
- Set all VIC spawns to max 1 (guessing this means 1 at a time?)
- Increase time until carrier to 10m
- Increase time until dino to 15m
- Increase time until queen to 20m
- Decrease damage multiplier of explosives and heat from 10x to 3x (big enemies were dying instantly)
- Set Carrier egg sack to not exceed server maximum enemy count
- Reduce multicasting in enemies
- Reduce enemy replication range
