Rename it ns2_hera as it's the most advanced hera on workshop

- Completely disconnected Cargo from Marine Start (instead of basic crates blocking the way) - The purpose is optimisation
- Removed stuff & entities
- added OcclusionGeometry ( = Better Frame-rate)

- Holoroom is now a double RT (Since everyone love so much ns_veil...)
- Cargo RT Removed (Was not very accessible for aliens thus)

- Removed Maintenance Corridor RT (11 RT is said to be too much)
- Added some various cosmetic & Crates for gameplay
- Little Optimisation

- Minimap is more accurate due to crates blocking Cargo
