You can now open debug menu from the diary link
(Also toggle debug messages on)
The menu shows you how much stress there is to the server
HQ now unpacks to small base when it stops
Improved the vehicle buy menu

You can now purchase gear and some light vehicles near the HQ unit

AI units now have morale value (Shown on hover over)
AI Commander now buys headquarters units to support units in the field
AI units have to be near the HQ to receive morale bonus
If AI unit is not near HQ nor FOB they suffer from lower morale
