Bullets have been rebalanced to fit in with the vanilla bullets. Less damage, more shock.

BIG FIXES! Mags now show in the guns dynamically, thanks to namco-4#8876. I've also reduced the FAL's recoil to be more similar to that of the SVD as it was overdone before.

Config wise, only one change has been made, to cfgspawnabletypes. You need to include the Saiga buttstock to it now so it can spawn with that attached. Look into the file provided and compare to yours and make the appropriate updates.

Fixed scope distortions, thanks to DannyDog for sending me the correct values for it.
Fixed the issue where you could ADS while scope was attached.
