Added more to the song to match the length of the normal tank theme, which should finally fix the silence issue.

Now updated again to hopefully sort out the looping issue. It should now loop at the end of the song like the normal tank sound does. If problems continue please do not hesitate to comment.

Changed the audio to be louder than before, hopefully solving the issue of noise level.
