Corrected the RPS limiter to allow the plane to uh, fly again. I adjusted the trim very slightly to help handling out of the box as well.

A lot of features don't function correctly at the moment, and I'm unsure when I'll be able to fix them. It might be a lot easier to start over and rebuild again. I've been taking a break, and a lot has changed it seems like. Looking over most of my builds, I feel unsatisfied by them; it's time to build some new stuff!
