Completely rebuild the mod's code. Source code is now included.

Changed how friendly fire is disabled, its not by faction then type of Thing. This should make updates and new features simpler to implement. Now if you want you can set it so you can't accidentally shoot allies and neutrals but still hit things of the same faction. Also allows you to chose what type of thing is protected, so you can set it so pawns, and animals can still be the target of friendly fire but not buildings or mountain stones/resources.

Added the Harmony mod as a requirement, so in the next version of Friendly Fire Tweaks I can remove 0Harmony.dll from my mod to keep from having issues with Harmony updates in the future.
