Added a more white-ish variant for the BLU primary pattern. Screenshots are still showing the blue version, though.

Refined the patterns and Phong layers

Added golden and dark green lines to avoid association of the skin with a toothpaste design. Still included the old files and versions with straight lines instead of waves because texture compression doesn't like curves very much.

Removed the team colors from the secondary pattern so it's only green and white to make the overall skin less noisy. Still included the files anyway. Also added slightly tinted snow patterns that can be used for the white parts.
