Rather significant update:

- The terrain requirement has now been fixed to at least 2 non-contiguous adjacent land tiles or at least 4 contiguous adjacent land tiles.

(This should prevent/fix the graphical and build issues that have plagued this mod from the beginning. However, getting this to work may have impacted game performance. From my tests, this didn’t seem to be significant, but please leave feedback if you find otherwise. One other consequence is also some interruption for automated Work Boat movement. Again, it didn’t seem to significantly impact gameplay, but let me know).

- The AI will now also use the improvement (correctly) to a limited degree. The mileage of this will vary based on map type.
