Fixed bug reverting recent pop_jobs changes due to having to overwrite a vanilla file :(
If you know how to add a change to researchers without overwriting, let me know!

Believe I fixed the random_names error and AI empires should now properly generate random names.

Grr. Random_names list seems to have broken something with a core game file, so I've removed it for now til I can figure out how to format the file correctly. Sorry for anybody that got messed up by that!

Added game start middle paragraph blurb for government. Random Empires with this civic should no longer generate an empty string for their name, potentially causing crashes.

Realized I had Executives and Managers producing same amount of research. Tweaked so Managers provide only a bonus of 1 each (on top of their normal society research), and Execs produce 2 (3 society).
