Quick update.

Finally added the Beam Laser icons. Took me a while to feel comfortable with the design.
Now come in S M L X sizes.

Pulse Lasers now have S M L icons.

Updates to Null Void end game weapons. These now require a completed Exotic tree. All cloud lighting, all vampire drain, all distruptors. Also moved to their correct place of Tier 5.

Added three levels of ED weapons. This includes Starbase guns.

These are advanced. late game Exotic weapons. High damage, high cost. But they will rip through almost anything.

Added several new repeatable techs to reflect the new weapon types.
- Damage and ROF for exotic
- Damage and ROF for plasma

Added 3 levels of amoeba drone. Scary stuff.
- amoebas are now classed as fighters, not bombers. They will eat smaller stuff first.
