jeep and Jeep GT work with canister and Plastic bottle when spawned with Ce and Cots but not Trader

All jeeps changed in Geometyry to match above

Reverted to Damage no effetc due to unstability in Server play . will reapply when more stable

Added Damage to all cars ( will remove death if required on Big Crashes)
Removed 99% of all erorrs ( 2 hirpoint for glass will be added)

This will give great foundation for hunting down radiator problem
