Fixed wrong antiprespeed trigger functionality yay.

Removed one possible way to prespeed.
Changed water.
Added credits on end.
Set default course as 10aa.
Added cool fade on spawn.
Added cool 3d skybox, changed lighting a bit.

And most important change which was supposed to be only one - added one missing neon!
